Conditions

1. Deposits - For all rentals in Sunshine Beach and surrounding areas the minimum deposit to secure the booking is half the total tariff. Deposits must be paid within 2 weeks of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and automatically re-let.

2. Payments - The balance of the total rent is to be paid in full by CASH, PERSONAL CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD, prior to occupancy when renting from Sunshine Beach Accommodation.

3. Cancellations - In the event of a cancelled booking, deposits shall not be refunded unless the property is re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy in which case a service fee of 12% of one weeks rent shall be charged to the person cancelling the booking.

4. Arrival and departure times - Occupation commences from 2.00pm on the date of arrival and the premises must be vacated by 9.30 am sharp on the day of departure. No exceptions will be granted and late departures will be charged an extra days tariff.

5. Number of persons - The premises must be kept clean at all times and the number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to with the agent at the time of booking, (whichever is lesser).

6. The Terms - The premises are rented for holiday purposes only for the specified period and vacant possession will be given up by 9.30 am on the date of expiration of the period.

7. Inspection - An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by the owner or the agent.

8. No pets - To abide by Local Government Health Regulations and Body Corporate Rules, we hereby advise that no pets are permitted in any properties.

9. Bookings are accepted by us in good faith as agents
(a) With regard to telephone or postal bookings, no responsibility for Mis-description can be accepted by us.
(b) We cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the owners of premises that are outside of our control, such as

1. the property is sold or
2. the tariff is increased prior to your occupation, or
3. the property is altered in anyway, or
4. the property is withdrawn from letting

In any of the above or other circumstances, every reasonable endeavour will be made to find alternative accommodation.

10. Personal Property - No responsibility is taken by the agent of the owners for Tenants personal property.

11. Breakages or damages - As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These can be reported or replaced and paid for.

12. Cleaning - Please assist by leaving the premises clean and tidy, or additional cleaning fees may be charged.

13. vacant possession - The tenant must vacate the premises upon demand by the Owner or the Agent.

14. Where applicable, Body Corporate Rules and Regulations must be complied with. These conditions are an agreement between the parties. Any infringement permits the owner or the agent to refuse a key, amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.

15. No Parties, Weddings, Commercial functions or large gatherings are to permitted in any of the premises.

9.00 am to 3.00 pm Saturday
9.30 am to 12.00 pm Sunday

Arrangements for the collection of keys outside
these times should be made prior to arrival.

On 21st December 2001, new privacy legislation became effective. This legislation amends the Privacy Act, which has mainly covered public sector agencies, and now its application extends to most public sector organizations including Woodhead Group Sunshine Coast.
