The village at Sunshine Beach is perfect for holiday makers. The Surf Club "all welcome" is a terrific "local", award winning restaurants rub shoulders with cafes and eateries and the patron can enjoy anything from a cappuccino to a gourmet meal. There is a general store, newsagent, liquor outlet & baker to provide all your needs. If you wish to throw away the car keys, a regular bus service is available.

The business of Dolphin Bay Real Estate and Sunshine Beach Accommodation commenced in 1994 as a small real estate office in the then fledgling area of Sunshine Beach. The office was concerned with the normal real estate practices, but included holiday accommodation as an extra to the business.
Current owners Allan and Mary Mills acquired the business in April 2000, after a short period commenced to upgrade the business and develop a public awareness campaign.

During the ensuing years the business has experienced a wonderful growth and today employs a significant number of staff servicing a very healthy real estate sales dept as well as a holiday accommodation and permanent rental division. Sunshine Beach Accommodation is now the top holiday booking service in Sunshine Beach. Dolphin Bay Real Estate has become one of the top performers in the area and enjoying a great following.
