The business of Dolphin Bay Real Estate and Sunshine Beach Accommodation commenced in 1992 as a boutique real estate office in Duke Street, Sunshine Beach, Noosa. We operate as a normal real estate office practicing and following the standards and principles set out by Robert Bevans Best Practice Group. As well as a normal property management department we specialize in Holiday Accommodation under the name of Sunshine Beach Accommodation.
The office has been operating for over 16 years and the current owner, Woodhead Group Sunshine Coast Pty Ltd trading as Dolphin Bay Real Estate and Sunshine Beach Accommodation took over the business in August 2008. Our parent company is the Woodhead Group Pty Ltd also trading as Pamela Neil Real Estate Agency and Brisbane Corporate Accommodation located at Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.
During the ensuing years the business has experienced sound growth and today employs a significant number of staff servicing a very healthy real estate sales dept as well as holiday accommodation and permanent rental divisions.
